				It was so scary inside...when we went into the vortex tunnel it was so scary...it was like a new demension...it felt like my doppelganger was at the end of the tunnel....I ALMOST FELL!!! highly recommend bringing protective gear...SO FUN!!!!

I really enjoyed my visit to the Museum of Illusions. It’s located on 16th Street, which is already a great area for a walk and people-watching, especially after the reopening in November 2025. The museum itself is a bit smaller than I expected, but honestly, that didn’t take away from the experience at all. It’s incredibly fun, creative, and perfect if you love taking photos.

I spent about two hours there and had a great time. What truly stood out to me the most was the staff. They were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They explained the exhibits whenever something wasn’t immediately clear and even helped take amazing pictures. Hands down, some of the best museum staff I’ve ever encountered.

I went on a Friday night expecting it to be crowded, but thankfully it wasn’t too busy, which made the experience even better. Overall, I really enjoyed my time there and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and unique activity in downtown Denver.
